ARAM: Sion ability bug

Just had my second Sion ARAM match since the previous patch where my q and r stopped working halfway through the game. As this is the second time this has happened, thought it would be worth reporting on, especially considering the crippling nature of it. I would be hitting on the buttons repeatedly, but they were doing nothing. I would hit the onscreen buttons with my cursor. Still no response. My E and W still work fine. Is this a problem just for me or has anyone else had this issue?
