Visual bug with Taric

I've played 2 games today using Armor of the Fifth Age Taric, and I've noticed a visual bug when Taric is near his bastioned ally. It seems that every 3rd or 4th step when walking Taric will freeze and skip on my screen briefly. Anyone else getting the same thing?
