FPS Drops hard when I move my mouse

Hey yeah I can drop my frames from like 80 (Capped) to 2 FPS by moving my mouse in a circle, I can move my camera using the arrow keys and it doesn't cause frame drops, I have an I5 7500 and an Rx 480 and I didn't have this before windows updated today, I know this is a similar issue to one from 2013 involving STIJ.exe but it seems I don't have this process, can anybody help?

Actually I've realized that it only happens when I'm in a discord call too, if I'm not in a call moving my mouse doesn't break the game
