[Gameplay] Talon's Q Dot doesn't proc Death Dance healing nor spell effect

The DoT part of Talon's Q doesn't proc things like Liandry's Torment, Deathfire Touch and the Corrupting potion Effect. The DoT also doesn't seem to proc Death's Dance, Will of the Ancient's nor Gunblade's healing; even though it says "damage dealt" for the latter and the Dot is physical spell damage anyway so it should also proc the former two.

How to reproduce:

  1. Build Liandry/Death's Dance on Talon.
  2. Q an enemy champion.
  3. See that the DoT doesn't burn them/heal you.

The only thing it DOES proc is Black cleaver's armor shred.

With Q max the bleed scaling is 8.3 (+ 16.7% bonus AD) so at 300 AD the bleed portion would deal 58.4 damage. Death's Dance passive heals for 12% of physical damage dealt so you would heal for an enormous 7 hp at 1.16 hp per second for 6 seconds. Also I'm not sure if the Deaths Dance passive is calculated before or after resistances so it could potentially be less. So anyway it would be difficult to discern from base HP Regen

Edit: Oh thats the per second scaling so total healing would be 42 HP, 7hp per sec for 6 seconds. Thanks bobsenbob for pointing that out

So that would be a noticeable heal.

Its physical damage. All those items proc on magic.

Edit: Sorry was only focusing on Liandry's. Death's dance thing might be a bug.

Its because its an on hit effect it acts like a basic attack. It can crit lifesteal ect. On hit effects don't count as spells

Huh, yeah I tested out deathfire touch before and it didn't seem like it was proccing on his Q.

You do realize that Death's Dance doesn't have burn? It bleeds YOU for 12% of dmg dealt to YOU. It basically takes 12% of burst that you ate and makes it DoT so you can have a potential to heal yourself.
