i dont take mastery 6 token whenever i reach level 5 mastery level .. and that's happened twice

when ever i reach level 5 mastery level with any champion .. and take my level 6 mastery level token ... and go to check in my loot and crafting inventory .... i dont find it .......... so please please fix this big problem .. it's not easy to get S- champion rate in normal game ...

this problem happened twice with me

You can't get Mastery 6/7 tokens in the same game you reach Mastery 5. There is a notification that pops up at Mastery 5 that tells you how to earn the tokens, and it looks similar to the one you get when actually earning them.
