Garen bug with Judgment(E) and Hydra.

On Garen, if you spin with your Judgment and activate Hydra you can normal hit your target, while the judgment is still going on and dealing damage.

1.Activate Judgment (E). 2.Activate Hydra. 3.Attack minion/enemy champion.

I've tried it with Ravenous Hydra.
