[CLIENT] Championship Kalista Golden Chroma Icon Duplicate Bug

After unlocking the Championship Kalista golden chroma via Worlds tokens last year, I received the same icon via reroll and have been stuck with this bug ever since. Because it is a permanent unlock, it cannot be broken down into orange essence. And since I already own the icon in question, it will not redeem properly.

1.) Clicking on the icon to redeem only produces the error message shown in the link shown here.

I'm asking for assistance with removing this bugged icon from my loot inventory, as it is a nuisance despite having no effect on gameplay elements.
