Didn't get Chest.

Hey, I recently got an S game on Annie for the first time, although at the end of the game something weird happened I didn't get a chest. I only purchased her yesterday and my previous games have been B+ or B apart from my latest game. What I found even weirder is that my friend got a chest for my S game but I didn't. The link I put in shows all my games as Annie including the latest. Is it possible for me to be compensated for this?
