[Client] Unable to Find a Matchmaking PvP Game

Summary: I cannot find a player vs. player match in LoL. I am a new player, and after playing many matchmaking bot games, I decided I was confident enough to start trying PvP, but I cannot find a match, and rather simply sit in the queue indefinitely, even upwards of five minutes before giving up and restarting the search. The game's estimated search time says 1 minute.

Reproduction: Open the game and attempt to find a match. This issue persists even after restarting the game and after waiting 12+ hours to try again.

For clarification: I CAN find matchmaking bot games of all types (i.e. Summoner's Rift, Treeline, Dominion) but I CANNOT find a Human vs. Human match of any type.

PS. I have been enjoying the game very much up to this point... is so cute~
