Shaco clone bug

-playing shaco's clone by holding ALT KEY.

  • enemy team KILLS IT. -i got teleported/zapped 2-3 times to the location of the death 'clone'.

So i play shaco for a long time now, and I always noticed, when the clone gets to far, it gets zapped back to YOU. Now its the OPPOSITE. Is this ment to be? if so, why its not in the description of the ability?
