Leavebuster for not being in game 40 seconds?

When I played last match with my friend, my loading screen crashed. I open it again right away and load right before minions spawned. Only thing that happend while I was away, was my support dying to enemy. You can't rly say it's my fault tho. I would be very happy if there is a way you can remove my leavebuster. I got enough of those when I am lagging. But this time I was in game.
