Bug with Teemo Shrooms (Gameplay)

When i was playing against a teemo and i would walk onto a Mushroom ever few maybe 3-4 of them wouldn't explode and i wouldn't see the mushroom or the pop and the damage would just be put on me. Not sure if it was just the ones in bushes i couldn't see or both
