Discounts on champions not working

I bought Tryndamere while he was supposed to be on sale and it charged me full price and it is happening with all the champions on sale for me.

Are you buying the champions with IP or with RP? The sales are only for the RP prices of the champions, so you will still pay full price when purchasing them with IP.

If you did use RP, then it's possible that this is a visual bug. Logging off then logging back on should fix it.
