Disconnecting/HighPing since 6/10

Hello. Ever since this "Avast" issue has occurred, I have been having problems in game. I do not have avast. You will be playing fine with 34-52 ping and then all of a sudden the ping jumps to 150 after your character has lagged for a full second. I was playing fine on 6/9. On 6/10 all of a sudden this issue started happening. I hope we get a fix soon :). Also I do not know if its relevant but i live in NY.
