Elise passive description

While I was spectating a friends game, there was an Elise in game, I was reading her abilities because I forgot to read the patch notes and instead of describing Elise's passive in spider form, it said, "Morgana has Spell Vamp, healing herself whenever she deals damage with her spells." I don't know if this problem is just occurring with me or its a server wide situation. Its not that big of a deal but can be confusing for someone who is playing the champ for the first time or just reading her abilities to learn the champion better.
