As you can see Eve ult should do 700+ damage to corki but instead did 0 damage, though the minion on the left was damaged. Now hexdrinker was popped and the shield diminished BUT hexdrinker gives a 260HP shield at LV16 so it should not tank the damage
Also the fact that no Hp was taken from corki at all makes me pretty sure its a bug

Yeah that definitely looks like the spell shield animation. Only other thing would be if it was part of Evelyn's ult, which I don't think it is.
