THE GAME WONT START

the game wont start...it says "prepare yourselves! the battle is about to begin" and the game freezes right there, wont start or anything....it stays in champion select...this is the 4th time in last 10 days....and i dont even play a lot ,just come here in few days and this happens...after 10 min it says "error game either failed to start or all the players left the game after it started. please try another game" this thing keeps happening....players still can chat with each other but the game wont start...so its not just me
