[Client] Launcher is too zoomed in

After the new patch, my launcher has been too zoomed in. I'm only able to see about 3/4 of the intended screen, and am unable to drag the window to make it larger, or otherwise adjust it. This has an added drawback of making me unable to see the server status, or closing the launcher without going to the taskbar. I have attached a screenshot. Anyone know of any fixes?
