Did not receive Garen chroma, only icon using Golden Revel Token in Lunar Revel.

Purchased Warring Kingdoms Garen (Golden) Chroma and Golden Chroma Icon, but only received the icon. While in champion select, I selected Garen and checked to see if the chroma was there. Unfortunately it was not.

You must have the base skin before being able to use the chroma. Once you unlock Warring Kingdoms Garen, you'll have access to the chroma you've unlocked.

Make a support ticket, they should be able to help you.

Just to double check, you do own the Warring Kingdom's Garen skin right?
