Why does braum's W block nami's Q, but the Q of katarina can still hit? Because yasuo just delete the dagger

Because Braum doesn't delete the projectiles, but just intercepts them. When Kata's Q hits somebody it will recast itself to the nearest target. It's the same thing with Nami's W. Braum gets hit, so the recast happens, Yasuo doesn't get hit, since he just deletes the initial projectile. And since the new projectiles spawn from Braum's position it's impossible for him to intercept them again (maybe with Flash, might be worth a try).
