New client champion mastery

The new client has somr bugs, this is one of them. In the hextec crafting I had the required Blue essence and the tokens to upgrade Riven to 7, so I did. You all know the animation sfter you press the upgrade button, yeah well that wast there it. I got my level 7 tought.
