Just a glitch im geussing but i have a blank none champ sowing in my collection...apparently it does magic damage as well

It's "None". Literally. After NOCturne, Before Ornn. That explains the placement, but not how it showed up in the first place. Riot don goofed?
It is spaghetti-code from the ban phase option of "none".
