New Item Sets Aren't Saving

I have had to make the same exact item set 4 days in a row, at first I thought I'd just forgotten to save it Saturday/Sunday, but Monday till today I have made sure that I save with every item added to it and its still ends up disappearing when I close the client and even when I'm afk for a couple of hours with the client open.
