Ezreal in Chat Glitch

I played Pulsefire Ezreal in a Normal 5v5 game and instead of the normal chat happening this occurred:

Aczzz1 (Blitzcrank): Hey! xyzsonic () lol

There was nothing in the brackets for the rest of the game and the glitch happened for everyone. Just a weird bug I found.

Happened to me too, I think it occured when i typed in chat while dead
