Emotes break Champ mastery
When you have emotes equipped and you try to use champ mastery a red outline of the emote appears but nothing is in it. It is just a really brief empty flash. Thats all

That was around before emotes, and personally i think it looks cooler than the emote anyway, like a little red explosion
I've not had issues with flashing mastery and emotes. Also worth noting the only emote I actually use currently is the C9 one.
