GAME RANDOMLY CAUSES DUAL MONITORS TO CRASH AND SWITCH TO OTHER SCREEN BUT CANNOT CONTROL EITHERthen

I was just in a game as ASOL and game bugged out and my monitor switched from duo to single screen and I could not control either screen. have never seen this happen before for any other game I play but seeing as every other patch has performance issues is not a shock.
