Gameplay Blitcrank's grabs dont pull all the way

Items don't affect this bug I have been playing him a lot recently and every game I've played with him today It has happened at least once. His arm will shoot out and grab and begin to pull but will stop very shortly after, not pulling them the full distance. They will still have a quick stun as usual but they are too far for it to help.
