I bought Thresh in the store and i is in the purchase history but i dont have it in the colletction and i cant refund so can u pls do something or u refund me.

You are not alone, it seems a number of people are experiencing the same problem.
You can try submitting a support ticket (link 'SUPPORT' appears in cyan blue at the bottom of every league boards webpage). Be sure to include a screenshot of your purchase history showing that you did indeed purchase Thresh. Riot support usually gets back to you within 2 or 3 days, and they will help you rightfully acquire the content you purchased.
