[CLIENT] Pressing "Play again" after getting placed too high to play again still sends a invite.

A little bit of an edge case, but nonetheless a bug: After completing your placements and placing too high to be allowed to play with the people you just played with, pressing "Play Again" still sends them an invite. Pressing accept just results in "an unexpected error occurred" over and over and over again.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Play last placement match with a premade
2. Get placed high enough to not be allowed to queue up together again
3. Press play again

Expected result:

• Teammates don't get an invite since they are too low rank

Actual result:

• Teammates get an invite which gives a repeating error message when accepting

. Happened to me when playing 5-pre flex queue and my teammate got placed plat while i still had one placement match left. This bug doesn't occur often though.
