Yorick Q is bugged. Also the Ultimate "ready" status is bugged.

Basically I'm sitting on a triforce, a BF sword, and a vampiric scepter.

Q minion. Do zero damage.

It's happening in fights to where I will Q an enemy champ with ~100-200 health and they walk away... like.... what?

Also, when I'm dead, my ultimate ability is ALWAYS ready. Happens on every champ, not just Yorick.
