Viktor Q both visual bug and slight damage bug.

As are a lot of people, I just get a Custom Bot Match with the new and improved Viktor, when I came across something... Odd. His Empowered AA granted by Q, remains a constant thing (at least for a few hits) while attacking a turret. It's an easy bug to replicate too, as I tested it out on ALL turrets. Simply Q a Minion, then AA the Turret while you still have the buff, and Viktor will shoot the empowered beam per AA.

Here comes part 2 of my title. While fiddling around with said bug, my damage was actually lower by like 40 points. With the Empowered + Lichbane I hit a tower for like 240ish, and then with just my Lichbane proc, I hit it for around 290ish. I'll see if I can make a video showing it.
