Client wont let you Refund First Champion Bought
Topic, No matter how many times refreshed, every new account is locked out refunding champs on first buy , support tickets take too long.

Hey there -
If you're referring to the first champion you've ever purchased, it isn't likely you'd be able to refund it. You're only able to refund content purchased within 90 days.
