i dont know if its a bug or not, but when Kog'Maw kill someone, with the passive, that has a buuf (red or blue) we respawn with the buff and the red or blue stuff arround him, doesnt disapear, he look like he have the buff but he doesnt have.
I had this happen to me as well.
since the last patch kog'maw has an ability to do that rapid cast through any kind of CC, i Flayed kog as thresh and he kept on with that rapid fire and killed everything i loved. wtF. as if he wasnt op after the last patch he can keep rapidfiring through CC?
