Mal's ult not silencing cho properly

While playing mid lane as Mal, used ult on cho. after my ult is cast cho should be silenced and rooted. the root animation started but his silence scream went off silencing me and ending my utl less than .75 sec after it had started. Happened 3 times same scenario in match.

CC doesn't interrupt Cho's W after it's already started casting.

If Chogath had already started casting his W, then it will go off no matter what, even if he is CC'd.
