So I saw that Assassin Yi got a splash art update so I bought since it was cheap. However when I bought my 801 rp went down to 21 rp. So if my math is correct here it charged me double for the skin. Not sure how this happened.
Weird. Did you submit a support ticket?
Also, check your RP purchase history and see if it shows twice. You may want to log out of the client and then log back in. I've paid for skin boosts, had somone dodge queue, and it showed the RP deducted. Restarting the client fixed it both times.
