Ornn R bug / OCE server / ARAM / Gameplay

Gameplay bug, my most recent ARAM game i played Ornn and I have found a Bug in his ultimate/R move.

I bought Righteous glory first not sure if this has anything to do with the bug per se and was running aftershock, font, conditioning, overgrowth with nullifying orb and scorch and also running flash and clarity

When i first tried to use my ult, i can hear the horn being sounded from the activation of the ult, and I can also see the track on the floor in which is the range/direction of the ultimate. But the forge god elemental can't be seen following the track in the usual direction. Instead the forge god elemental actually shows as shooting out from behind Ornn in the wrong direction and disappearing into nothingness. For example the animation I see is the one if Ornn was to miss the second activation on the R, but instead I see it the moment the ult has been cast.

Simply put, Ornn's ultimate does not work as i cannot recast due to not being able to see the moving element.

I have downloaded the game and am happy to share somehow if i can if it helps. I am on the OCE server.

UPDATE: Apon watching the downloaded replay the forge god elemental IS visible in the replay
