[Gameplay] Caitlyn's trap does not give vision anymore

Before the last patch (could be the one before that, I played very little in January/December) Caitlyn's trap (w) gave short vision when placed for example in a bush or over a wall. I played Caitlyn yesterday and this doesn't happen anymore, ever. I tested it by creating a custom game and placing a trap in a bush I didn't have vision in. I'm not sure if it's a deliberate change but I read nothing about it, so I wanted to post it here. It is a huge change for using her w, since I think that every seasoned Caitlyn player will use the traps to facecheck.
