[VISUAL] Lissandra's R slow-field inconsistent with animation

I'm not sure if this is a bug or just bad visual clarity, but Lissandra's ult's slow/dmg-field's hitbox is not consistent with the animation. AFAIK the range should be greater than her W, and it should take 1 sec (no official info on this though) from cast for it to reach that range/size. There's no info on the initial size of the field anywhere, so I can't bee 100% sure if this is a "bug" per se.
Regardless: it feels really bad.
