Blacked out champion select [Crash] [client}

On occasion during champion select my client will just go black and i wont be able to see my summoner spells, champions, runes, or masteries. It happens when im on blue side and right after the enemy has locked in their first ban. After the screen goes black i can get my summoners and masteries, etc back by hovering over them. If i lock in my champion after this has happened then select a skin, my client will crash. Right after taking this screenshot my client stopped responding and i was in queue for a ranked game. I got the dodge penalties because of it. =(
