Scanning for files is back
Yay its scanning for files during the bug with black screen/freezing.Sitting here for 5 minutes AND STILL SCANNING.Any help?

There is no solution. Dont waste time reinstalling, it wont work. Patch 4.19 has officially broke League of Legends, and Riot needs to really think about if they should release patch 4.20, or the new summoners rift at all. 4.19 is causing crash issues, ping issues, general issues. Its bullshit.
