Lucians chroma pack not working correctly

For the past several team builder games, Lucians Chroma pack has not been working correctly. For the past half a dozen games or so I've picked Lucian, I have selected Lucians blue skin. It shows that it has been picked. Then once the game loads and were about to play it switches back to red Lucian. Always red not yellow or blue. Am I doing something wrong? Riot please help or fix the problem so I may play Blucian again. Thanks
