Using qss on urgot ult breaks Jhin's ammo/reload mechanic for a bit

Using Qss while being ulted by Urgot breaks Jhin's ammo/reload mechanic. Afterwards I'm able to auto while having no ammo, then fail to reload while channeling something(?) then finally reload.
