"you may be offline" "unable to create lobby please relaunch and try again'

So basically ive been trying to log in to league for the past 3 days and every time i have to wait about 10-15 minutes for the "you may be offline" error to go away (if it goes away). Ive tried the league Leagueclientsettings.yaml trick but it still doesnt work. Ive reset my internet multiple times as well. Ive tried to repair a few times but it fails at 99% every time too. Then, if i am able to log on, the lobbies are arent creatable and gives me a message when i hover the play button saying "unable to create lobby please relaunch and try again". But i dont want to relaunch because im afraid its going to give me the "you may be offline" error code again. ive searched the boards and tried everything but it still doesnt seem to want to work. Lastly, ive tried reinstalling about twice and it will work for a few games and then go back to the same issue. Rito please help. Ps. Happy New Year :)

Pls rito-san help us. Tired a lot of stuff already, and it has been months for me. Repair tool, re-install, delete, system32/etc/host thing, port forwading, CClean the demons out of my pc, have submited a ticket (but don't know were it has gone), some other things but can't remember *sweat. But ye, we have 2 pc's on the same router. Both of them are wired. We had no trouble until some time in october, after an update. [cass-cry]
