[Client] FPS drops and whole game/pc starts to stutter

I'll try to explain as best as I can,

Quick backstory:

Started playing League again about 1 week ago, everything was fine, yesterday however while in-game suddenly my FPS dropped to around 30 but as low as 9 (Normally I get 144 capped no problem) then afterwards the whole client lagged like crazy, I could barely type a message, the whole client was super slow and when I tried another game it was pretty much unplayable since I had 30 FPS at best but mostly 10-20.

My pc is also pretty laggy/stuttering when league is open but when I close it it's chilling. At first I thought my pc was acting up but turns out its just league, I cleaned my pc, did the whole ''regedit, disk cleanup, close programs that run in the background thing. Nothing. Its still shit.

Same for me but now after I selected a champion and I stay to go in match my screen going black..Nice riot 9.21 and i get incrased ping 100+ ms ping.

Same here, issues started about 3 days ago. I usually get reasonable/playable in-game FPS (90-120) but within the past 3 days it's just been really choppy/laggy some games (had a game or 2 where it wasn't laggy at all), down to 53fps even after changing all graphics to lowest settings. Makes my games unplayable especially since I main Tryndamere where all I'm doing is trying to position my character/camera perfectly to auto attack efficiently.
