Unfair Leaverbuster

I was loading into a ranked game and right after champ select League breaks and it has to "repair the client", but unfortunately I get leaverbustered anyway. So this is basically Riot's fault. THEIR launcher breaks but I'M the one that gets punished for it. Can my LeaverBuster get lifted or do I ****ing have to wait 20 minutes for 5 games straight for something that is Riot's fault. :)
