Bard shaking glitch making it impossible to predict his location.

My friends and I were recently in a normal game and a bard on the enemy team in multiple situations started shaking, lost his name, health bar and stayed in a certain place but when our thresh went for a hook bard teleported and began doing the same thing in a different place. Its like his glitched shaking body stays in a certain place, then he goes invisible for less then a second and he can move wherever he wants without being seen. He said nothing the entire game until after we managed to finally find him and kill him and then he said "lag", i asked him how he was doing it, but then one of their teammates acted hostile because they thought i wanted to use it for myself even though i stated I wanted to report the bug, and the bard didnt say anything for the rest of the game not even denying what he was doing. I dont know how he actually managed to do it but it seemed like he was using a taunt animation or something then it seemed to happen.
