[CLIENT] [OCE] Flex Queue Bug

My friends and I cannot flex queue together unless we have a third person to invite us to the queue. We are all eligible to play flex together rank wise. We were rank 13 in challenger ranked teams last season, we aren't sure if that has any impact on this bug.
