Twisted Fate "Pick a card" Weird bug

I don't really have any proof of this.

But in this patch (7.6) I feel like Twisted Fates W (Pick a card) shuffles slower in between what card you want to choose. I don't know the actually speed when his "Pick a card" changes to the next card, but i feel like when it goes from Gold -> Blue -> Red -> Gold it takes like 0.1 seconds longer than normal to change, and that makes me click to soon and makes me pick a red card instead of the Gold card.

I asked my freind about it, and he said he experinced the exact same thing, and didn't want to tell me because he thought he was just bad.

I've played TF for 4 years now, and i've never experinced this before in my time playing him. Anyone else that this has happend to?
