Star Guardian Ahri skin audio bugs?

Hello 1st post and die hard Ahri fan here. But its been this special interaction bug sort-of with her responses that should be on certain ques.

If I get first blood with my l Star Guardian Ahri skin she never says her first blood special interaction " The best defense is a good offense", nor does she respond to other champions when they taunt her with any of her taunt response lines. Sometimes when I do kill a champion she would make a kill response and other times she wouldn't. [sg-ahri-3]

I don't know if this is a bug specifically on my account or intentional but i do hope you guys look into that skin. Kinda sucks not getting the full effect of what you pay for...
