Master Yi Alphastrike Cooldown bug

If you alphastrike onto a minion and the minion dies before Master Yi initially gets there, the alphastrike goes on cooldown and the auto-attacks do not lower the cooldown. This is a huge issue if it happens in teamfights and you have to wait 14+ seconds. This bug has been around since the Master Yi Re-work.
